About the role
The Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the insurance agency as we execute on our growth strategy. This position involves managing & enhancing key agency platforms, managing various administrative and technical tasks, providing support to both internal teams and clients, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. What you'll do
- Serve as a functional business owner for core agency technology/systems including but not limited to Agency Management System, Salesforce CRM and data/reporting platforms.
- Work collaboratively with internal & external partners in the continuing development, maintenance and enhancement of technology/system related platforms and functionality.
- Analyze agency data and prepare comprehensive reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Ensure all carrier appointments are up-to-date and address any administrative issues with insurance carriers.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance administration or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in using insurance software and CRM platforms (e.g. AMS360, Salesforce) Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
