About the role

Position Overview The primary responsibility of the Vice President – Interior Design – Food & Beverage is to provide strategic and creative leadership for Sands’ global hospitality portfolio. The role defines and advances the design vision, leading teams to create distinctive, one-of-a-kind guest experiences and award-winning projects that respond to patrons’ needs, strengthen relationships, and support business objectives. With expertise in food and beverage environments, the Vice President leads the full F&B design and development process – from concept development, brand positioning, and operational planning through documentation, procurement, construction, and opening – across owner-operated, leased, and licensed-partner venues.

The role integrates guest experience, Front-of-House and Back-of-House functionality, culinary and service requirements, brand objectives, budget, schedule, and commercial performance to deliver destinations that are distinctive, operationally efficient, and financially sound. Sands Global Design maintains an international interior design presence dedicated to delivering “Design Excellence.” This mission supports measurable return on investment across business disciplines within Sands’ integrated gaming resorts in every region where the company operates. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Las Vegas Sands Corp.’s policies, practices, and procedures.

All Las Vegas Sands Corp. Team Members are expected to conduct and carry themselves in a professional manner at all times. Team Members are required to observe the Company’s standards, work requirements and rules of conduct.
