- 09:00 PM How This Role Works: Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule.
- This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
- Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites.
- Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.
- This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.
What you'll do
- Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and contacting appropriate personnel or emergency services as needed.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed
What you'll bring
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements
- A Guard Card/License is preferred
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
