What you'll do
- Leads, coaches, and inspires associates while creating a culture that builds associate trust, brand loyalty, and an exceptional customer service experience
- Creates and manages a sales focused environment through the training & development of associates at all levels Accountable for the assessment & development of all talent within the store to create talent bench strength & succession plan
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by observing, listening, interacting and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and satisfactory issue resolution
- Ensures the implementation and effective application of information, training certification, tools, and systems required to meet customer needs
- Engage with the local community to build strong client relationships, improve customer retention, and increase brand awareness and loyalty Responsible for managing performance, talent assessment, development, and recognition of all associates
- Supports an environment that embraces diversity and encourages creative, innovative thinking, and risk taking
What you'll bring
- & Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required
- bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field preferred 2–4 years of management experience, or equivalent skills gained through an internal development program Strong business acumen and sound judgment with proven people-management abilities Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead, coach, and positively influence at all levels, while working both independently and as part of a team Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong planning, prioritization, and execution skills in a fast-changing, often ambiguous environment Proficient with computers, job-related technology, and POS systems for accessing and processing information and merchandise About The ODP Group: The ODP Group, through its business entities ODP Business Solutions and Office Depot, is a leading provider of products, services, and technology solutions through an integrated business-to-business (B2B) distribution platform and omnichannel presence, which includes world-class supply chain and distribution operations, dedicated sales professionals, online presence, and a network of Office Depot and OfficeMax retail stores

Benefits
- & Work Schedule: The salary range for this role is $50,500/year to $68,000/year, however all state and local minimum wages will be complied with, resulting in a possible adjustment to the salary range displayed
