SNHD Street Medicine Team Pop Up Clinic

The Southern Nevada Health Department (SNHD) Street Medicine Team is a health care team providing direct primary care and health services to individuals experiencing homelessness.

Taking place on the first Wednesday of the month at the Clark County Library, the Street Medicine Team (SMT) help people living:

On the street

In tents

In cars

In shelters

What they can help with:

Wellness visits

Sick visits

Long-term problems

Wound care
